Our decision to work towards ISO 9001 accreditation demonstrates our commitment to providing high-quality products and services to our customers and our ongoing investment in technology and development.
The ISO 9001 certification is the assurance that we have robust, clearly defined procedures in place in all our business areas such as R&D, production, risk management, supply chain management, handling of documents and data and a strong business continuity process. For example, we are required to record our customers’ contact information and gather feedback during our customer’s journey, which ultimately allows us to review our business processes and helps us to continuously provide a better service.
Therefore, we can proudly state that Triple E Ltd is built with quality and transparency in mind (even though we did it before).
