Flexible and reliable stage tracking for walkalong, corded or motorised operation of drapes on straight or curved systems, ideal for schools and smaller venues.
Erail is an aluminum extruded black anodized track section. The standard stock length for Erail is 6.1 m (20 feet) and can be curved to a minimum radius of 500 mm. The Erail section incorporates a ‘Tee’ slot in its upper face that accepts a proprietary M8 channel nut which is used to attach all components to the track.
Erail is perfect for permanent installations in small to mid-size venues such as schools, studios and theatres. Erail can be used walkalong, corded or motorised. Our plug-and-play motors can be quickly retro-fitted to an existing system so Erail gives venues the flexibility to upgrade their system in the future. All Erail runners utilise ball-raced polyurethane wheels for maximum quietness and smoothness.

ERL07A Overlap arm attaches to the side of Erail ERL07 master carriers and is normally used in pairs. The overlap arms can create a 50 cm (1'8") curtain overlap on straight tracks.
ERL01C-500-90 Black anodised Erail curved track with a 500 mm radius (1'7") by 90 degree bend to form a right angled track section.
Black anodised Erail curved track with a 750mm radius (2'5") by 90 degree right angle bend. M8 Erail and 2Way channel nuts can be inserted anywhere along the continuous top channel for the attachment of suspension fittings. Separate track sections can be joined using our ERL05 joint sets and the lower section of the track features a keyhole slot for a roll pin which can conveniently be used for aligning the running surfaces.
ERL19 Curve cord guide bolts directly onto the top of the Erail track via an M8 bolt and Tee channel nut. It guides the operating cord for curved tracks around the top of the track system.
ERL23 Must be used on corded curved Erail tracks it works with all suspension components such as the ERL14, TRA13, TRA14, TRA15, TRA16 and TRA18. The top holes work as an offset plate on curved overlap tracks.
Curved Erail track lengths can be rolled to any required radius (min 500 mm).
Deadline fixing for Erail and 2Way.
ERL24 End Stop is designed to be mounted anywhere along the Erail track extrusion. It provides an anchorage point via a 12 mm diameter hole for the trailing edge of curtains when placed at the ends of the track.
ERL09 The Erail head pulley is fitted to the end sections of Erail track systems and is used for both curved and straight corded systems.
ERL21 The Head Pulley Cord Guide is located in front of the head pulley assembly on both straight and curved corded systems. Its purpose is to guide the operating cord at the correct angle into the ERL09 head pulley.
ERL05 Erail joint sets consist of two plates. One fits inside the channel and the second goes on top secured with M6 csk screws. The roll pin is inserted into the keyhole slot in the base of the track to align the running surfaces.
ERL25 The line Pickup is used to support the slave side of the operating cord on straight tracks. They should be positioned at 1.5 m centres.
ERL17 This mounting bracket is used to attach track sections either directly to a soffit or ceiling or from the central hole to suspension fittings such as the ERL14, TRA16 and TRA18.
ERL26 This part is always used in pairs on both straight and curved tracks to create 80 mm track centres. They ensure that the overlap track sections are rigid.
ERL10 The return pulley is mounted on top of Erail. It diverts the operating cord back to the head pulley.
ERL01 Erail is a black anodised 'I' form Aluminium track. The Erail extrusion is stocked in 6.1 m (20 feet) lengths but can be supplied in cut lengths as required. The maximum permissible length for UK shipping is 3.05 m (10 feet).
