UniTrack™’s simple bolt and spigot joint is incredibly quick to assemble reducing the fit-up time required. Featuring ball-raced runners with polyurethane wheels and nylon pulleys, UniTrack™ provides a smooth, silent operation.
This heavy-duty curtain track can be used for drapes and scenery with no height restrictions. As part of our commitment to sustainability, we’ve made the decision not to spray track ends by default. This small change helps us significantly cut down on aerosol paint use. If your track will be visible and you’d like it sprayed, please mention it during the ordering process.
Please note that the silver marks now visible on the track ends are not damage! - they simply indicate where the clamps held the track during the spraying process.

8 mm BLACK POLYESTER CORD PER METRE
TRA2701 Cord / Handline, 8 Plait, 8 mm diameter prestretched matt black polyester cord used to operate all Triple E track systems, manual and motorised. Triple E rope has a red fleck in it and is the only rope we guarantee to work with our systems and rearfold components. The cord is also available in reels of 100 m, 200 m, 500 m and 1000 m.
ADJUSTABLE FLOOR PULLEY
TRA1102 is a floor mounted return pulley designed for use on fixed position track systems. It is intended to be screwed to the floor where the cord is tensioned by adjusting the height of the pulley with thumb screws. The overall dimensions of the Adjustable Floor Pulley are 300 m high x 90 mm wide x 75 mm at base.
FOOT STIRRUP
TRA1101 Foot stirrup is a floor level mounted pulley designed for use on a flown or movable corded track system. The stirrup at the base allows the rope to be tensioned either by placing a foot into it or hanging a weight from it. The overall dimensions of the Pulley are 300 mm high x 150 mm wide at the base with a 25 mm wide strap.
FRONTFOLD BRUSH ASSEMBLY (ONE REQUIRED PER CURTAIN)
TRA8005 The Frontfold brush assembly is used on UniTrack and UniBeam straight track systems in conjunction with TRA0603 rearfold carriers. The assembly is mounted at the start of the curtain stack and releases the curtain one carrier at a time so that the curtain or cloth travels on stage flat. The rearfold carriers ensure the curtain travels off stage flat. See our cording diagrams for mounting and use details.
GIRDER CLAMP
TRA1301 This girder clamp provides a suspension point from the flanges of an 'I' beam. It comprises of a length of Unistrut and two square 'U' bolts each attached to cranked rectangular clamp plates. Any flange width or thickness from a rolled steel or Aluminium joist beam can be accommodated. The suspension is achieved using a TRA1801 or ERL1801 Studding Set.
Hand TracDrive - Floor Mounted
HDU6502 Is a floor mounted compact hand winch to operate corded tracks where hand pulling is not suitable. It can be retro fitted to any system. The winch is roped up in a similar way to our motors.
