2025 is already shaping up to be a great year for us here at Triple E. To help us continue our success, we have recently expanded our team! Our three new starters have all joined at a very exciting time for us, so we thought we’d introduce them to you!

Our new warehouse technician Tony will be handling stock building, packing, and even helping with tradeshow builds and breaks. With solid experience in construction, heavy lifting, and all things hands on, he will be making sure things run smoothly!
Tony is a man of many passions. As a self-proclaimed sci-fi fanatic (with Inception at the top of the list), mind-bending concepts don’t scare him! When he is not pondering the universe and its many mysteries, he is likely to be knee-deep in a home-improvement project. Whether it’s building or renovating with a perfectionist’s eye and craftsman’s pride, he enjoys the process of turning ideas into reality.
His practical skills are matched only by his bold tastebuds. He says he is quite content with living off jerk chicken for the rest of his life.
If given the chance to choose a superpower, Tony wouldn’t hesitate; it’s telekinesis all the way! Let’s face it. Lifting heavy items or navigating a trick angle during a DIY project would be made much easier with a simple thought or a flick of the mind. It’s a power that suits his imaginative, problem-solving nature perfectly!

David joins Dan in a Technical Sales role and, in the words of his line manager Eva, he’s already bringing a sharp eye for detail and a customer-based mindset.
David has experience in finding creative ways of solving problems in unique environments. One of his previous projects was to help set up a gold mine in the middle of nowhere in Botswana, Africa – that’s a pretty unique environment!
He’s most excited about learning a completely new industry and finding ways to innovate. Known for his friendly demeanour and customer-focused approach, David is eager to contribute by understanding client needs and delivering the right solutions.
Outside of work, David is a devoted husband and father, an avid hockey player, and a park run tourist. He even holds the title of ice cream eating champion at the 2022 Dartmouth Royal Regatta! (Yes, that’s a thing!)
He’s looking forward to learning the ropes and making a real impact "not just being part of the woodwork but helping to grow the tree." David will be working closely with Eva and Dan as he settles into his new role.

We’re excited to welcome Drew to the Triple E team as our new Project Manager. With over two decades of experience in the theatre industry, Drew brings a wealth of hands-on expertise from roles such as Technical Manager, Production Carpenter, and Head of Stage. He’s worked with an eclectic mix of productions – from opera festivals to commercial musical tours – and even spent six months touring the Middle East with Barney the Dinosaur!
Drew thrives on challenges and is passionate about turning creative visions into real-world solutions. He’s already hit the ground running, picking things up so quickly that live projects are coming his way sooner than expected. His deep understanding of the fast-paced entertainment world gives him a knack for problem-solving, especially when unconventional thinking is needed.
Outside of work, Drew’s a huge football fan who enjoys gigs, theatre and growing his own chilli plants. His favourite book is Jonathan Strange & Mr Norrell, and he’s currently watching The Witcher. Oh, and don’t offer him coffee – he’s all about tea (loose leaf, preferably from Bird & Blend!).
Drew will be working closely with Stephanie, Lucy, and Jo, and we can’t wait to see how he brings his unique flair to our headline projects.
