GIRDER CLAMP
TRA1301 This girder clamp provides a suspension point from the flanges of an 'I' beam. It comprises of a length of Unistrut and two square 'U' bolts each attached to cranked rectangular clamp plates. Any flange width or thickness from a rolled steel or Aluminium joist beam can be accommodated. The suspension is achieved using a TRA1801 or ERL1801 Studding Set.
LONG REACH WALL BRACKET (400 mm)
TRA1602 Wall Bracket is used to attach a track to a wall or vertical surface. The side arms are spaced 13 mm apart to allow studding or threaded rod to attach into the top channel for any of our track systems. This component has a reach of 500 mm.
UNIBEAM JOINT SET
The UBM0501 bright zinc plated joint set is used to connect two adjoining sections of track together. It comprises of two clamp plates designed to have a close fit inside the width of the channel groves. Four 10 mm set screws (located in each plate) lock the two separate track sections together.
UNIBEAM STRAIGHT TRACK PER METRE
The UBM0101 UniBeam track is an aluminium alloy extrusion, 100 mm deep x 50 mm wide. Lipped grooves located in the top and bottom of the track are joined by a thin vertical web and are designed to accept standard Unistrut channel nuts. These track section are available in lengths of up to 6.1 m (20 feet). The UBM0101 UniBeam track system has the same external dimensions as UniTrack. The running gear components are therefore also compatible with both systems.
UNIBEAM STUDDING (M12 x 150 mm c/w NUTS, CHANNEL NUT & WASHERS)
150 mm x M12 studding is supplied with four nuts and washers including a Unistrut nut. Longer lengths of studding are available on request and can be used with our TRA1301 Girder Clamp and TRA16 Wall Bracket Set.
UNITRACK / UNIBEAM 2 WHEELED RUNNER
TRA0601 twin wheeled carrier for use on straight UniTrack and UniBeam tracks to attach curtain and soft goods. Standard spacing is 300 mm (1 foot) centres and the safe working load is 25 kg. The carrier has flanged ball raced polyurethane tyred wheels, a swivelling loop for curtain attachment and the body is moulded from MRP (metal replacement polymer) rubber strips form noise resistant buffers. Four holes in the base enable the TRA8009 rearfold tag to be fitted. A flat 'keeper' bar also allows runners to be added or removed from any point on UniTrack. The width of the carrier is 40 mm.
UNITRACK / UNIBEAM END STOP
TRA2401 This end stop is used to anchor the trailing edge of curtains on UniTrack and UniBeam tracks.
