Erail is an aluminum extruded black anodized track section. The standard stock length for Erail is 6.1 m (20 feet) and can be curved to a minimum radius of 500 mm. The Erail section incorporates a ‘Tee’ slot in its upper face that accepts a proprietary M8 channel nut which is used to attach all components to the track.
Erail is perfect for permanent installations in small to mid-size venues such as schools, studios and theatres. Erail can be used walkalong, corded or motorised. Our plug-and-play motors can be quickly retro-fitted to an existing system so Erail gives venues the flexibility to upgrade their system in the future. All Erail runners utilise ball-raced polyurethane wheels for maximum quietness and smoothness.

As part of our commitment to sustainability, we’ve made the decision not to spray track ends by default. This small change helps us significantly cut down on aerosol paint use. If your track will be visible and you’d like it sprayed, please mention it during the ordering process.
Please note that the silver marks now visible on the track ends are not damage! - they simply indicate where the clamps held the track during the spraying process.

8 mm BLACK POLYESTER CORD PER METRE
TRA2701 Cord / Handline, 8 Plait, 8 mm diameter prestretched matt black polyester cord used to operate all Triple E track systems, manual and motorised. Triple E rope has a red fleck in it and is the only rope we guarantee to work with our systems and rearfold components. The cord is also available in reels of 100 m, 200 m, 500 m and 1000 m.
ADJUSTABLE FLOOR PULLEY
TRA1102 is a floor mounted return pulley designed for use on fixed position track systems. It is intended to be screwed to the floor where the cord is tensioned by adjusting the height of the pulley with thumb screws. The overall dimensions of the Adjustable Floor Pulley are 300 m high x 90 mm wide x 75 mm at base.
ERAIL / 2WAY SUSPENSION BRACKET
ERL1701 This mounting bracket is used to attach track sections either directly to a soffit or ceiling or from the central hole to suspension fittings such as the ERL1401, TRA1601 and TRA1801.

ERL0103 Black anodised Erail curved track with a 0.50 m radius (1'7") by 90 degree bend to form a right angled track section.
ERAIL 0.75 m x 90 DEG. CURVED TRACK WITH 600 mm STRAIGHT ENDS
Black anodised Erail curved track with a 0.75 m radius (2'5") by 90 degree right angle bend. M8 Erail and 2Way channel nuts can be inserted anywhere along the continuous top channel for the attachment of suspension fittings. Separate track sections can be joined using our ERL0501 joint sets and the lower section of the track features a keyhole slot for a roll pin which can conveniently be used for aligning the running surfaces.

ERL0105 Black anodised Erail curved track with a 1.00 m radius (3'3") by 90 degree right angle bend to form a right angled track section.

ERAIL 2 WHEEL RUNNER
ERL0601 Erail runner is constructed from a Steel 'U' bracket to which two rubber buffers are fitted. Ball raced wheels ensure a silent operation and the curtains can be attached using a swivel hook located in the base of the runner. Each runner has a SWL of 15 kg.
