TRA27 Cord / Handline, 8 Plait, 8 mm diameter prestretched matt black polyester cord used to operate all Triple E track systems, manual and motorised. Triple E rope has a red fleck in it and is the only rope we guarantee to work with our systems and rearfold components.
TRA12 is a floor mounted return pulley designed for use on fixed position track systems. It is intended to be screwed to the floor where the cord is tensioned by adjusting the height of the pulley with thumb screws. The overall dimensions of the Adjustable Floor Pulley are 300 m high x 90 mm wide x 75 mm at base.
TRA11 Foot stirrup is a floor level mounted pulley designed for use on a flown or movable corded track system. The stirrup at the base allows the rope to be tensioned either by placing a foot into it or hanging a weight from it. The overall dimensions of the Pulley are 300 mm high x 150 mm wide at the base with a 25 mm wide strap.
TRA13 This girder clamp provides a suspension point from the flanges of an 'I' beam. It comprises of a length of Unistrut and two square 'U' bolts each attached to cranked rectangular clamp plates. Any flange width or thickness from a rolled steel or Aluminium joist beam can be accommodated. The suspension is achieved using a TRA18 or ERL18 Studding Set. TRA16HD Wall Bracket is used to attach a track to a wall or vertical surface. The side arms are spaced 13 mm apart to allow studding or threaded rod to attach into the top channel for any of our track systems. This component has a reach of 400 mm.
TRA18 This is a 150 mm x M12 threaded rod supplied with four nuts and washers. Longer lengths of studding are available on request. This component can be used with our TRA13 Girder Clamp and TRA16 Wall Bracket Set.
TDrive Motor drive unit is a plug and play track mounted motor system for all corded tracks incorporating control with open/close and stop functions with variable speed. 230 V supply. Maximum curtain weight 300 kg straight track, 200 kg curved track. It is mainly used on UniTrack and UniBeam systems but can also be fitted to Erail.
TRADU1 and B1 Track mounted motor system 0.4 kW, 50 Hz without control. The TracDrive mounts directly beneath the track but can also be wall mounted with additional brackets TD1002F. It can drive straight or curved systems and will operate curtains weighing up to 300 kg. The motor uses TRA27 cord. It is supplied with track mounted limit switches. The motor can be wired in either Star 415 volts ac or Delta 240 volts ac. The junction box which will accept all relevant motor connections. Termination to the junction box is through hard wired cable glands.
TRA06 twin wheeled carrier for use on straight UniTrack and UniBeam tracks to attach curtain and soft goods. Standard spacing is 300 mm (1 foot) centres and the safe working load is 25 kg. The carrier has flanged ball raced polyurethane tyred wheels, a swivelling loop for curtain attachment and the body is moulded from MRP (metal replacement polymer) rubber strips form noise resistant buffers. Four holes in the base enable the TRA08 rearfold tag to be fitted. A flat 'keeper' bar also allows runners to be added or removed from any point on UniTrack. The width of the carrier is 40 mm.
TRA24 This endstop is used to anchor the trailing edge of curtains on UniTrack and UniBeam tracks.
TRA09 The Head Pulley is used on a straight UniTrack and UniBeam systems to divert the cord down to a floor pulley or motor. The TRA09 pulley sheaves are set at 80 mm centres and is used at the opposite track end to the TRA10 Head Pulley.
TRA14 The Hook Clamp is used for attaching UniTrack and UniBeam to tube or truss ranging in diameters from 48 mm to 51 mm. This clamp has a safe working load of 200 kg.
TRA25 Is used on straight UniTrack and UniBeam centre overlap tracks it is located on the return side of the operating cord to prevent the slack line drooping into vision. It is recommended that this fitting is used at 2.5 m centres.
TRA07 Master Runner is used on UniTrack and UniBeam systems for the leading edge of curtains and it clamps the operating cord on manual and motorised systems. The Master Runner has a safe working load of 50 kg. Two metal loops are placed 55 mm apart for attaching the leading edge of curtains.

TRA17 This part is used with TRA14 hook clamps on UniTrack and UniBeam systems when an overlap track is suspended from a single pipe or tube. This plate ensures that the track hangs centrally under the tube. Refer to cording diagrams for mounting detail.
TRA26 This part is always used in pairs on both UniTrack and UniBeam straight and curved tracks to create 80 mm track centres where they overlap. Refer to cording diagrams for mounting detail.
TRA10 Return Pulley is fitted at the opposite end on a straight track to the head pulley. It is used on UniTrack and UniBeam and diverts the cord back along the track to the head pulley TRA09.

TRA15 is used to suspend track sections by rope cordage or wire rope. It comprises of a forged fitting and threaded M12 bush with a solid tubular loop springing from the top outer edges of the bush. It has a test rating of 150 kg Safe Working Load.
TRA05 Joint set used to connect two UniTrack sections (straight or curved) and comprises of one M8 bolt joint set and four square steel spigots. The spigots are a close sliding fit into the track section tubes and ensure that correct alignment is maintained.
TRA16 Wall Bracket is used to attach a track to a wall or vertical surface. It is mild steel powder coated black. It screws or bolts to the wall with 10 mm fixings. The wall bracket is 265 mm long, 180 mm high and 35 mm wide.
This L-shaped bracket consists of a flat steel plate and two laser profiled sidearms. These sidearms are spaced 13mm apart to allow studding or threaded rod to attach into the top channel for any of our track systems. This component has been tested to a 100Kg safe working load at a reach of 200mm.
